ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
If an item arrives damaged on my end I will gladly allow you to return, exchange or refund the cost of the item, only if it is sold out at that time!
Returns
CLOTHING- Unfortunately due to COVID-19 returns are not submitable. However if there is an garment issue on my end, I will gladly fix my mistake and reshape you the item at no cost to you.
JEWELRY- All jewelry is FINAL SALE unless it arrives damaged inside of the packaging. Outer packaging cannot be damaged.
Must report damages within 48 hours of receiving package.
HATS- All hats are final sale. If your hat arrives with a few dents please email me via ArriesPicks@gmail.com, I can instruct you on how to fix.
If a replacement is needed, you will need to return the hat at your own cost. I will replace the hat at no cost to you!
EXCHANGES- Exchanges are only allowed before shipping, you will need to contact me via ArriesPicks@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. I will be happy to accommodate as best as I can.
Unfortunately due to COVID-19 once you receive the item it will no longer be eligible for exchange.
